🖥️ How to Use the Dashboard

Open the dashboard URL and enter the password TOC

Select your name from the dropdown in the top right

The run will already be loaded — you will see the stats and file names for each step

Before starting a step click "Working on it" so teammates know you have it

Click Open in OneDrive next to the step to download the file you need

Use + add note to leave a status update

Check off the step when fully complete — your name and timestamp are recorded
📋 History
Use the History dropdown in the run bar to view any past run. Click New run to start a fresh run — the current run is automatically saved in history.
⚠️ Important Reminders
Always import via Matrixify using MERGE mode — never Overwrite
The new products reference file is for review only — use the new products import file for the actual import
New: the stale comparison ID file lists items that looked new but are actually products we already carry — Ricochet just changed their ID for it. Never add these via the new-products import; use the stale comparison ID import file instead, which fixes the existing listing.
Check the Matrixify job log after every import to confirm no errors
