🔄 Vendor Sync Dashboard

Open the dashboard URL and enter the password TOC

Select your name from the dropdown in the top right

The run will already be loaded — you will see the stats and file names for each step

Before starting a step click "Working on it" so teammates know you have it — this shows on everyone's screen instantly

Click Open in OneDrive next to the step to download the file you need

Use + add note to leave a status update — e.g. "Added 15 of 216, continuing tomorrow"

Check off the step when fully complete — your name and timestamp are recorded for the whole team

IMPORT Full product sync — Open Matrixify in the store → Import the CSV → Use MERGE mode → Check the job log after it finishes. This file updates prices, inventory, content, images, fitment, and comparison IDs for all existing Ricochet products.

REVIEW New products (reference) — Open the CSV and review what Ricochet has added. Decide which products to carry on TH. Don't import this file — it is reference only.

IMPORT New products import — This is the Matrixify-ready version of the new products. After reviewing step 2, import this file via Matrixify using MERGE mode for any products you want to go live.

REVIEW Changes since last run — Open the CSV to see what appeared or dropped since the previous run. If it shows NO CHANGES, nothing to action. If products dropped, investigate before deleting.

REVIEW Deleted products — Open the CSV, verify the product is gone from the vendor site, delete from our store, create a URL redirect to a similar product

📌 Skips steps follow the same process as the TH steps above — mapped update, new products review, new products import, changes, and deleted all work identically.
